Welcome to Woods View Butchering, where Amos and Sadie Kauffman carry forward a tradition that’s been passed down through five generations of Amish butchers. Here in our small community, we don’t rush. We don’t cut corners. And we never forget that the meat we’re processing will feed your family.

Services We Offer
π Beef Processing
Whole, half, or quarter beef. Custom cuts including ribeyes, T-bones, New York strips, roasts, brisket, short ribs, ground beef (any fat ratio), and more.
π Pork Processing
Whole or half pig. Chops, roasts, ribs, bacon (fresh or smoked), ham (fresh, smoked, or cured), ground pork, and custom sausages (breakfast, Italian sweet/hot, chorizo, bratwurst).
π Lamb & Goat
Complete processing with traditional Amish expertise. Chops, leg of lamb, shoulder roasts, ground meat, and specialty cuts.

Deer, elk, bear, and wild boar. Steaks, roasts, ground meat, jerky, summer sausage, snack sticks, and more. We've been processing game for hunters for over 20 years.

Sadie's smoke house uses hardwood and time-honored methods:
Bacon (regular or pepper),
Ham (bone-in or boneless),
Scrapple (traditional Amish recipe),

Cured meats,
